Appointments represent a block of time that our office has set aside for a patient to be seen by Dr. Jeppson. As such, only one patient can be seen in any given time block.  Our office reserves the right to charge patients for a “NO SHOW” for an appointment. A “NO SHOW” is defined as a patient with a scheduled appointment to see the physician who do not give 24 hours notice that they will not be able to keep that appointment.

 

We understand that sometimes, due to forces beyond anyone’s control, an appointment may need to be rescheduled within 24 hours. Emergencies will be taken into consideration.
