In order to more efficiently serve you and keep all your information private and secure, Dr. Jeppson’s office will now be recording lab results to your individual patient portal.
If you have not yet signed up for patient portal, please contact a member of the office staff to get started.
Please note that sometimes the email to signup for Patient Portal may get filtered to your Junk or Spam folders. Please check these for your initial access email.
To access your Patient Portal please complete the following:
Log into your email on your computer ONLY (Patient Fusion is not optimized for mobile devises yet).
Using Google Chrome, click on the link provided for Patient Portal.
The first screen will ask for the access code provided by our office and your date of birth for verification.
The next screen will ask if you want to create an account or link an existing account. If you have no other doctor that uses Patient Fusion, then you will have to create a new account. If you have already created an account for another doctor, please merge accounts.
If you are creating an account it will ask you to create a password.
After creating a password, you should be able to log in.
